EVENT & RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations

• Up to 12 weeks before the event: Free cancellation.
• Less than 12 weeks before the event: 50% of the total event fee will be charged.
• Less than 30 days before the event: The full event fee is due.

Rescheduling

• If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, you may reschedule to a later date within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Participant Substitution

• You may transfer your spot to another person until the event start date.
• We reserve the right to decline substitutions if the new participant does not meet the necessary requirements.
• Any additional costs due to substitution must be covered by the participant.

Event Changes & Cancellations by Us

• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. Third-party costs (e.g., travel expenses) will not be reimbursed.
• We may relocate the event venue within a reasonable distance up to two days before the event.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, a different facilitator may lead the event.
